Cheryl Williams, Company Secretary
Cheryl is in charge of the running of the office systems, administration, accounts and finance and acts as Company Secretary. She is organised, efficient and extremely resourceful, handling the client and supplier queries of our landscape design practice. Before working at Robin Williams and Associates, Cheryl worked at Midland Bank for eleven years.
Mandy Blair - Project Manager
Mandy was head hunted specifically for her project management skills from Kraft Foods, where she worked for 19 years and now applies herself with relish to the business of garden and landscape making. During her time at Kraft she was heavily involved in the implementation of their innovative and highly efficient Idea to Market process (Kraft Foods’ Project Management Process) in the UK market. She is organised, unflappable and able to keep the most unruly of contractors in line using her unique blend of charm, humour and no-flannel focus to deliver designer gardens on budget, time and to the highest standard.

Fi Boyle - Planting Consultant |

Fi trained at the Central School of Art & Design, where she graduated with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. Since then she has worked for a variety of companies in the fields of design, illustration, marketing and operations.
Her passion for plants and garden design led her to take a diploma at The Garden Design School at Painshill Park, where she gained her garden designer credentials and was awarded a Distinction.
Her current role as Planting Consultant for Robin Williams and Associates enables her to work with both existing and new clients – reviewing and developing their planting, and advising on horticultural and maintenance matters in clients’ own gardens. Lucinda Burgess – Planting Designer |

As a practising garden designer, teacher and writer Lucinda brings many skills to Robin Williams and Associates.
Lucinda’s speciality is planting design, some of which have won gold medals at Chelsea and Hampton Court. Her design for the Floral Colour Spectrum at Kew Gardens won an APL award.
Lucinda has been teaching garden design at Bath University and now teaches planting design at Garden Design School. She writes for The Garden magazine.

Justine has supported the landscape and garden designers since 1997 and applies her excellent computer skills in a friendly and professional manner. She adds calm and organised efficiency to the office, much needed in a creative practice, as well as at home where she is a busy mother of two. |

Alistair Teale - Garden Designer & CAD Specialist |

Garden designer, AutoCAD technician and practicing artist, Alistair brings imagination, creativity and excellent technical skills to the Robin Williams and Associates team.
Alistair is from a fine art background; Bachelors degree in Sculpture and Masters degree in Art and Architecture. He has been with the company since 2001 and with his keen eye for detail produces meticulous hand drawn and/or CAD generated plans, perspectives, elevation and section drawings. |
